To Mikro Spiti

Welcome to Το Μικρό Σπίτι (“To Mikro Spiti” or “The Small House”), our home on the Greek island of Sifnos.

We first saw the house in early 2020. We started the purchase process in May and an offer was made and accepted and a deposit made in August. We moved in in February 2021.

The house is only 55m sq, hence the name, but it is all we need and it is located with breathtaking sunset views over the bay of Kamares.

A Peek Inside

The Location

Our house is located in the port town of Kamares. Kamares is the ideal location for us since even in winter there is the coming and going of the three ferries a week. The all-year-round local grocery store and a couple of restaurants mean that there is always a certain amount of life and activity.
